Frequencies

Frequencies

Frequencies are measured in hertz, and they can be very beneficial to your brain. If a person is having trouble processing brain functions, like thinking clearly, having racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping, they can often help themselves by playing some of the available frequency songs on YouTube.  I recommend doing a meditation to one to help with brain health. Below is a list of a few that help. Do your thorough research on it.

Alpha Waves - for concentration and waking your brain up

Theta Waves - for thinking clearly

Delta Waves - for restful sleep

People can also be bombarded by external frequencies, especially when we are surrounded by frequencies from all directions because of today's technologies, like cell towers and other tech. To make sure to counter this overexposure of frequencies that can unbalance us, we should make sure that our nervous system, which is our electric system for the body is healthy. Below is a list of ways to balance the nervous system:

B Vitamins in the morning: supplement, chlorophyll, eggs, meats (not pork), bell peppers, nutritional yeast

Exercise: Rigorous exercise with your heart pumping and working up a sweat does help the nervous system regulate.

Sleep: Sleep and sleep some more.

Bicarbonated water or Seltzer: to give your system a little more conductivity

Water: Plain old just keep yourself as hydrated as possible

Minerals: Make sure you are also consuming minerals in your diet. The best way is to eat oysters and clams, but falling short of that, find ways to get more  phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, sodium, potassium, copper, aluminum, iron, iodine, fluoride, and selenium.

Do not consume Zinc.
