Solfeggios are sound wavelengths based on certain numbered hertz. 432 Hz is the frequency of Love, for example. There are a series of them that make up the Solfeggios.

If a person is having trouble processing brain functions, like thinking clearly, having racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping, they can often help themselves by playing some of the available frequency songs on YouTube.  I recommend doing a meditation to one to help with brain health.
