Detoxes - Oils
A spoonful of medicine. Any of these once or twice a day can clean you of all the yucky parasites. Make sure you stay consistent with it for the year, and then take occasionally for maintenance. But if you feel yucky again, go back to often and consistent use. You just might cure yourself of ailments you didn't realize they cause: heart, lung, and endocrine. All of them work great as antihistamine foods, and are great for anthelminic detox.
1-Walnut Oil - high antihistamine, antibiotic effects
2-Truffle Oil - it has a strong smell if you are ok with it, antihistamine, antibiotic effects
3-Flaxseed Oil - vitamin B's, antihistamine, antibiotic effects
4-Grapeseed Oil - Great for beauty routine and sleeping aid at night. So be careful about your dosage in the daytime. antihistamine, antibiotic effects
5-Safflower Oil - antihistamine, antibiotic effects
AND, if you make a mixture of these in any way, you cover the bases on different kinds of good oils for your health. The ratio I would use is no more than a cap full of each in comparison to the next one's cap-full.
Don't forget that family dogs also need treatment. They do well with the Safflower Oil. It's extremely medicinal for dogs.
I don't know about cats, but I will look into it.
