Keeping your diet healthy is not just for diabetics and losing weight: Below is a link to the best nutritional advice I have ever read or heard of. It is a great book to read for trying to keep track of how to balance your ideas of diet. This is for everyone but it is really beyond helpful for diabetics, or if your metabolism is not balanced and you just know it. It's called The Glycemic Load Diet by Rob Thompson.
Tip: If you combine the knowledge from this book with the "Eat Right for your Blood Type Diet" book I posted about also, you will be the healthiest you could ever imagine. Good luck, and have fun eating the rainbow.
