Earth's Bounty - Nutrition: Magnesium-rich foods
One of the most important nutrients to have in your daily meal plans is magnesium. According to the National Institute of Health, "Magnesium is a nutrient that the body needs to stay healthy. Magnesium is important for many processes in the body, including regulating muscle and nerve function, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure and making protein, bone, and DNA" (March 22, 2021, see link A below). When we are low, we have symptoms such as low energy, muscle cramps, and have a sluggish mind. Make sure to always drink enough water and at the first sign of a muscle cramp, regardless of your fitness level, take magnesium. Most importantly, make sure it is a part of your daily diet. Below are a couple of articles with lists of great foods to eat to help you along your healthy life. Make sure to include as many of them as possible always and you should do really well with your energy levels.
