Flora and Fauna
All people are naturally naturalists. If you are categorized as a human, you love animals and plants. You love the outdoors. You tell me anything different, then you need to meditate on it, "Daniel-son".
Turtle: a symbol of wisdom, independence, family and perseverence.
Wild Horses: a symbol of team work, freedom, community, health, and strength.
The Spirit Animals
Think of your favorite animals, write them down, go...
Your favorite animals are most likely your spirit animals. Google the spirit animal(s) by adding "spiritual meaning" to the google search window with the name of the kind of animal you are looking up. You will be discovering what amazing attributes that animal has. It might have some meaning to you.
What draws your attention to the animal? What helps you feel relaxed and balanced, or focused and happy when you consider that animal? These are the things in nature that are calling to you.
Think of the prettiest places that you like to visit in nature, write them down, go...
The places that draw your attention in nature are the places you should visit frequently because they are the ones that help you ground yourself. For example, I love the mountains and the beaches. When I feel like I need a pep-me-up, I go to one or the other.
Animals and Plants are wonderful for helping you surround yourself with positive energy and beauty to remind you of your own beauty.
Put some beautiful wall art up in your house to remind yourself that you are a creature of the outdoors. It's easy to still do this when we live in the city and get stuck in traffic all the time.
Doggy: a symbol of loyalty, protection and love.
Dolphin: a symbol of fun, family, intelligence and stealthiness.
You can have one or you can have many.
