For the Lady Parts

If you have a tendency for urinary tract infections, yeast infections, or have a fungal infection you can't get rid of... Probiotics for the lady parts is what is needed. Of course, go to the doctor first and make sure that they can help you with antibiotics if that is the need for a case of Vaginitis for example. But it's as simple as probiotics for everything else sometimes. Oh, and always take probiotics after antibiotics. Always!!!! There are some non-expensive methods for mild cases, and they are easy to add to your daily diet like yogurt, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water, olive juice, pickle juice, or allspice tea.

For troublesome, I've-tried-everything-and-nothing-works-to-keep-me-healthy-down-there, the strongest would be a tablespoon of black walnut oil daily, flaxseed oil to be taken one tablespoon orally 1-3 times per day and topically as needed. You can put a little of either oil on a maxi pad and wear it throughout the day or overnight. And, if are a little more adventurous, you can try the tiniest bit of eucalyptus mentholated rub, not the oil itself because it is too strong, and put some down there for treatment. Warning: as little as is comfortable, not a lot. Remember that eucalyptus is very strong and very spicy.

Or, over the counter vaginal probiotics that contain billions of strains to be taken orally can also really help but they can be pricey, like $30 for a bottle.  Feel free to try any you come across that you like, but I have used the one below and it worked well for me, but it is a matter of using them until the cause, and not just the symptoms, are healed.
