Have you ever had "Missing Time"?
Have you lost track of the days of the week?
Have you thought today was Thursday but it turns out it is Wednesday?
Have you ever thought back and you can't remember, literally, what you did the last couple of days? And you definitely know you didn't do drugs.
That is called loss of time.
Under this category, you can also place deja vus. If you get them often, something is up with your brain. Actually, all of the above means that something is not quite right with your brain.
Most likely due to the effects of long-term Parasites. These are just a few of the multitude of symptoms that keep pointing to the necessity to maintain a constant detoxing routine.
Your Brain, Body, and Soul will thank you in so many ways.
Suggestions:
- Take "Chelated Iron", a.k.a. "Slow Iron" supplements. Or, eat foods high in Iron. For example, Beets, Spinach, Raisins, Brown Rice with Seaweed, and don't forget your Chlorophyll.
- Get as much sleep as soon as possible. Nothing else in the world matters more than sleep in that moment: Lavender Tea, Vanilla Tea, Marshmallow Tea, Cinnamon Tea, and Clove Tea. The first four of these make a person sleepy, so careful operating anything that isn't a pillow and a blanket.
- Watermelon pieces or juice if it is daytime to refresh the fluid in your brain.
- Peppermint Candy, Dinner Mints, Candy Canes or Peppermint Tea is an anti-inflammatory for the brain, but this one is great all day long. Especially really helpful for sleepy time as a tea right before bed.
- Black Pepper Tea - Strong anti-histamine that you can take all day to cleanse the body and the brain.
- Loratadine - I have found in my experience that Loratadine, a generic form of anti-histamine that is over-the-counter, helps to calm the mind of the weird stuff that happens when Insomnia is an issue. This is especially when other methods of sleep aids aren't helping. Some of the other ones don't work as effectively from long-term use. In my experience, I took one Loratadine every 4 hours and it kept weird things away after consistent use. Good Luck with your discovering what works for you.
- Wear a watch on your wrist. It will help you keep time the analog way. It's a small thing to do, and I know you are rolling your eyes at me, but trust me, it always helps to "synchronize swatches".
- And don't forget to help your nervous system with a consistent regiment of B Complex Vitamins of every kind throughout your morning and afternoon. (Warning: B Vitamins are like taking a cup of coffee, so make sure you sip before 3pm.)
