How to Release Pain
PAIN
Emotional or Physical?
Emotions can and do show up in your body as physical pain. And, physical pain can be an unhealed emotion trapped in your body.
You can attack either with the other. If you don't know what kind of emotions could be causing you physical pain, you can just trouble-shoot the physical pain and vice versa.
Trauma can cause light or severe physical pain. Heartbreak is the strongest one, in my opinion. I feel it in the heart area when it is not healed.
Ways to help heal the pain and find balance for ourselves, again:
The first, is to feel it. Once it is felt, you can start to let it go. To release the emotion.
Whole Foods
Detox toxins in order to help the body clear energy more efficiently.
Exercise to keep the body's energies flowing.
If you feel blue, put on bright red clothes.
If you feel as if you are in the dark, get some Sun. Or, take Vitamin D.

Natural Dopamine Hits (heart/emotional/body): Dancing, Music, hanging out with friends, people-watching, puppies!!!

Primal Scream: to be done in the safety of an area where you will not freak someone out when you yell at the top of your lungs. You can always do it into a pillow too to keep your neighbors from calling the property manager.
