Precautions in the diet
What to NOT take if you have parasites: Zinc, Gluten and added Calcium.
Zinc vitamins deplete manganese. Small amounts in a regular diet are safe. If you are experiencing the hallucinations, then I would stay off it until that stuff goes away. Manganese is important for supporting brain neuronal health. You need more manganese, and not less, so no zinc.
Gluten feeds the parasites.
Added Calcium gives them a source for creating calcification in your body.
What to NOT eat: PORK!!! And PEANUT Oil/peanut in large quantities.
Pork is toxic to most human cultures. If not raised correctly, the animal's meat is damaging to our cells and has been known to cause cancer. You can do your own research on Google about it.
Some cultures have trouble digesting peanuts. It can actually unbalance the hormones. A good way to know if it affects you strongly is if your face breaks out with itchiness or pimples within minutes or hours of eating it. I get them on my chin quickly, but my cheeks if it's long-term exposure.
