Supplements to take when Parasites are removing your nutrients.

When you have Parasites, they take their nutrients from your body. You are their host and they are the parasite feeding off of you. Yuck.

You most likely have a deficiency in many vitamins and minerals. Please see the following list of vitamins you need to double or triple up depending on how advanced the Parasites are with you. Please seek a Doctor's or a Nutritionists advise on how much to take.

I prefer taking my vitamins in my food, but sometimes, especially when you have parasites, it's really hard to keep up with the dietary needs of your body and what the parasites take, so we start getting sick. Your body gets worn down, your joints hurt, muscles ache, you get tired easier, your hair falls out, your hormones are unbalancing, but you chalk it up to getting old. Uh, uh. Not always true. Treat yourself for long-term parasites and then you can complain that you're getting too old.

My advise below is dependent on my own experience. How much I took gradually kept increasing because what I was taking was not enough. For example, I could tell when I would take an iron pill once a day for a week that they were taking effect when my hair would stop falling out and my nails would grow. But when the iron was not enough my hair just kept falling out.

So, make sure you take a multivitamin, whichever your preference. I take the following:

If your muscles are sore, you need more lean protein in your diet, and to flush out the build-up of lactic acid from your body, and especially the lymph nodes. For the flush, drink Seltzer water/baking soda water, or lemon-lime water as much as possible.

       Proteins: Pea Powder, Turkey everything, Beef, Salmon, Trout, Cod, Tuna, Shrimp, Clams, Oysters (Most of these will cover the needs of the items listed below). Warning: Remove Pork from your diet if it is not beneficial to your Blood-Type (per Dr. D'Adamo's book, if you want to read it).

        Minerals:

                Copper 

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 
      • If your nervous system is buzzing or going numnb in any way.
      • If the bottoms of your feet are burning or tingling.

                 Iodine

      •  If you are experiencing the same symptoms as the ones listed under Copper.
      • If you are getting frequent headaches.
      • If you are getting heart palpitations and panic attacks.
      • If any part of your body buzzes when you have caffeine, like a cup of coffee, energy drinks or pre- and post-workout drinks. Especially behind your right ear.
      • If you are feeling pain on your right side, in general. 
      • If you have any kind of issues with the Thyroid.
      • If you have hormonal issues.
      • If you are eating a lot of Seafood, fish or sushi.
      • Hearing Tinnitus in your ears.
      • If the plants take weird shapes and images that look real but you know something is not right there. If you are experiencing it, you will know (make sure you eat a lot of green foods and load up on your iron as well).

                 Iron

      • Getting light-headed.
      • Your nails and/or hair chip easily or just doesn't grow quickly. Especially if you catch yourself saying it always grew slow. Oh, and if this is the case, do an elimination diet of gluten (Rye, Wheat, and Barley) because you most likely also have a gluten sensitivity that declines the health of your intestines, thereby making absorption of nutrients poor. Also, parasites love gluten and increase the toxins in your body that they dump on you.
      • If you are having trouble sleeping.
      • If you have dark circles under your eyes.

                Sulphur/Glucosamine Chondroitin (MSM)

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 
      • If your joints are hurting.
      • If you have stomach issues like constipation or diarrhea.

                Phosphorus

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 

                Manganese

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 

                Magnesium

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 
      • If you are getting heart palpitations and panic attacks.
      • If you are feeling pain in your joints.
      • If you are getting muscle cramps. Even the slightest one. Take immediately.

                Selenium

      • If you are hearing voices or strange noises. 
      • If you are getting heart palpitations and panic attacks.

        Vitamins:

                Vitamin B Complex (in the daytime only because it works like coffee)

      • If you are low in energy. 
      • If you have any issues with your nerves of any and every kind. Nerves love all the B Vitamins.
      • If you are feeling chi on any part of your body.
      • If you sense things "outside yourself".

                Vitamin C

      • If you have any issue with your body, ever, take Vitamin C. Take a lot of it until you actually get the sores on your tongue from taking too much. I cannot stress this enough. Might be the single-most important thing you can do for your body outside of sleeping.
      • If your beauty is lacking lately.

                Vitamin D (in the daytime only because it works like coffee)

      • If your Circadian rhythms off, or you are having trouble sleeping/Insomnia.
      • If you work at night.
      • If you don't get enough sunlight.
      • If you are feeling low energy in any way. 
      • If you are depressed.
      • If you do not drink whole milk dairy or yogurt.

                Vitamin E (can be taken orally or topically, or both. approx. a tbsp twice a day for                                                        maintenance.)

      • If you are feeling chi on any part of your body.
      • If you feel anything move on your body, or in it.
      • If you have hormone imbalance.
      • If you have sore muscles. It works as a muscle relaxer, but not like the prescription stuff.
      • If you have trouble stretching. Your muscles are tight or cramping in any way.

                Vitamin K1 and K2

      • If you have trouble processing any of the vitamins. It's great for vitamin conversion in the body, especially if you have toxicity in your muscles from parasites.

                CoQ10

      • If your beauty is lacking lately. 
      • If your muscles are tight or cramping in any way.

                Risveratrol/Wine/Purple Grapes

      • If your beauty is lacking lately. 
      • If your muscles are tight or cramping in any way.
      • If you have trouble sleeping or Insomnia. Take right before sleep. 

        Other Needs:

                Collagen: You can get it from meats, but I think the best ones for me are gelatine,                                                     marshmallow, licorice, and aloe vera.

What to NOT take if you have parasites: Zinc, Gluten and added Calcium. 

Zinc vitamins deplete manganese. Small amounts in a regular diet are safe. If you are experiencing the hallucinations, then I would stay off it until that stuff goes away. Manganese is important for supporting brain neuronal health. You need more manganese, and not less, so no zinc. 

Gluten feeds the parasites. 

Added Calcium gives them a source for creating calcification in your body.
