Earth's Bounty: Seltzer of the Week

 

Seltzer of the Week:

Water- 1 Liter

Baking Soda - 1 Tablespoon 

Strawberry Gelatin - 1 Tablespoon 

Peach Gelatin - 1 Tablespoon 

Passionfruit-Peach - 1 Tea bag

Lime Juice - 1 squirt to taste

Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 cap full

Mix and let stand while it brews

Enjoy! And don't forget lots of water all day long.

Frequencies    Frequencies are measured in hertz, and they can be very beneficial to your brain. If a person is having trouble processing brain functions, like thinking clearly, having racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping, they can often help themselves by playing some of the available frequency songs on YouTube.  I recommend doing a meditation to one to help with brain health.
