If you see Haloes/Auras/Get Migraines often

Haloes are the glow of light around an object. In photography, they call them bocca. It's the refraction of light bouncing off the object. Auras are similar to Haloes. Objects can also have their own energy refracting off of them in a halo. The color of the Auras are depending on the health of their energy.

However, in medicine, when they tell you that you are "having auras", it's when you are having lights flash in your eyes, and yes, I mean in your eyes, and not from what you are seeing around you. They are commonly caused by Migraine headaches.

Close your eyes, and let me know if you see any auras. Usually, it coincides with headaches, migraines, and light sensitivity. Seek a medical professional if you are experiencing these.

I have never had auras with migraines, but I usually just get nausea and it's usually from low blood sugar. If I eat, it's gone within the hour.

Either way, I never had the auras flashing in my eyes with a headache that coincide with the need to be checked for...that's right, long-term parasites.

So, please, see a doctor for those, and also adjust your lifestyle to keep treating those all your life. They can be prevalent even in modern societies. Check out my other blog posts for tips on how to make adjustments for natural methods of long-term self-treatment.

If you do OTCs: For headaches, acetaminophen is fantastic as directed. My experience is that Loratidine is great for relieving anxious and racing mind as an antihistamine (also take as directed). Magnesium vitamin might also help if you are low (take as directed).

Natural: Cloves, Cinnamon, Peppermint , Mint, or Vanilla Tea can bring headaches down a bit.

Make sure you eat on time and enough throughout the day.

Make sure you get enough sleep.

Drink a lot of water, always.

*Speak to your doctor, or do your own research to inform yourself appropriately on what is right for you.
