Pickles, Olives and Fermented foods

Eat fermented/pickled foods at least once a day and your health, especially your digestive system, will be fantastic. 

Make sure you are eating healthy, also, so it's easier for the probiotics in these foods to heal you. Otherwise, you will be fighting a constant battle of healing and then injuring yourself from constant exposure to yucky foods.
