Food Alternatives to Vitamin Supplements
Most people don't realize how important these foods are to include in their diet. Any deficiency can happen in seemingly random ways. With our busy lives, we should make sure these stay in our diets at all times.
Proteins: Pea Powder, Turkey everything, Beef, Salmon, Trout, Cod, Tuna, Shrimp, Clams, Oysters (Most of these will cover the needs of the items listed below). Warning: Remove Pork from your diet if it is not beneficial to your Blood-Type (per Dr. D'Adamo's book, if you want to read it).
Minerals:
Copper - Brazil Nuts, Almonds, Fennel Seeds
Iodine - Seaweed, Nori, Annatto, Natto, iodized table salt, shrimp, mussels, oysters, clams, raisins, black olives
Iron - beets, raisins, beens, lentils, spinach, beef, goat, chicken, fish, eggs, kale, Rice
Sulphur - Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower, most cruciferous vegetables
Glucosamine Chondroitin (MSM) - Gelatine, Aloe Vera
Phosphorus - Bananas!!!!! Bell Peppers
Manganese - Brazil Nuts,
Magnesium - Black Pepper
Selenium - Brazil Nuts
Vitamins:
Vitamin B Complex (in the daytime only because it works like coffee)
Vitamin C (as much as humanly possible but stop shy of getting mouth sores)
Vitamin D (in the daytime only because it works like coffee)
Vitamin E (can be taken orally or topically, or both. approx. a tbsp twice a day for maintenance.)

Other Needs:
Collagen: You can get it from meats, but I think the best ones for me are Gelatine, Marshmallow, Licorice, and Aloe Vera.
