For Better Heart Health
Everyone has a beautiful heart, but sometimes it can get a little weak. How can you tell when it is weak? You have heart palpitations from doing very light work. You get dizzy when standing up. You run out of breath easy. Your limbs go numb and/or tingly. Your heart races. Your get tired easy or quickly. There are other symptoms, these are just a few. If you have reason to believe you do, go to your Doctor and get your heart checked with a monitor.
My suggestion for strengthening your heart muscle is to increase the following foods in your diet dramatically, like eat them everyday or ever other day until your heart has a clean bill of health from the Doctor again.
Foods for the Heart:
1. Lime Juice**: drink it like water all day long, every day, and always. Especially when you are prone to an unhealthy lifestyle.
2. Allspice**: hot tea or cold, and drink it like water all day long. Add Pomegranate juice to it and it packs a punch of nutrition. At least once or twice a day. I, personally, drink it like the lime juice, see above at #1 on this list.
3. Rose Water**: whichever way you can find it, 1-2 times per day, or drink it down like punch.
4. Black Pepper tea: hot or cold, 2-8 times per day. I take it like an antihistamine, every 4 hours, or I make myself a jug of it and drink it down like iced tea all day.
5. Vanilla**: Make a jug of it to your tastebud's liking, and drink it all day. Recipe: 4 drops to a gallon of water, or so.
6. Blueberries**: Any kind of natural way of consuming it, preferable without a baked good.
7. Kelp/Seaweed/Nori**
8. Gelatine**/Jello**/Aspic: Pick your favourite flavour, but the most nutritious ones are: Peaches, Raspberries, Lime, Blueberry, Vanilla, Cherries, Pomegranate, Grape
9. Flax Oil/Flax Seed/Flax Milk**: Daily as much as possible.
10. Greens: (the darker, the better) Spinach, Kale, Broccoli**, Green Beans**, Brussel Sprouts, Bok Choy, Chayote, etc.; Daily and as much as possible.

13. Ginger: As much as you can handle, but once to twice a day works too.
