Frequencies    Frequencies are measured in hertz, and they can be very beneficial to your brain. If a person is having trouble processing brain functions, like thinking clearly, having racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping, they can often help themselves by playing some of the available frequency songs on YouTube.  I recommend doing a meditation to one to help with brain health. Below is a list of a few that help. Do your thorough research on it.      Alpha Waves - for concentration and waking your brain up Theta Waves - for thinking clearly Delta Waves - for restful sleep People can also be bombarded by external frequencies, especially when we are surrounded by frequencies from all directions because of today's technologies, like cell towers and other tech.
