Fall Foods for Optimum Health

FALL is coming... 

They happen to be incredible high-in-anti-histamine-foods! What!?

 

Just look at the foods in the picture above and tell me your first thought is not, "Oh., everything is going to be o.k. The fall season is HEEEEERE!"

The healthiest foods for the time of the season in which we need to ramp up our immune systems. It makes sense to me. Of course, there are some other foods I would add to the list above, like seafood, especially salmon and cod. Or, just whatever seafoods your culture is used to eating in their diet and in season. 

I would ALWAYS leave out PORK!!!!!! Not really a healthy food. Think of it this way, the doctor says you have health problems.  What's the first thing out of their mouth about diet, "You're going to have to stop the pork consumption." You know, health and all, taken into account.
