Today's pick for Anti-Parasitics: Seasonal Foods

There are many anti-parasitics, but the most efficient ones I have come across lately are the following. They just happen to be seasonal foods for this Fall, currently. So, make sure you are always enjoying seasonal foods, and the foods of your ancestors.

Sesame Oil: Rub it on the bottoms of your feet every night or a few times throughout the day. Also, take a tsp orally to help with brain function and health. Sesame oil can have a strong scent to it, so make sure you are ok with it.

Pumpkin Oil: Use it the same way you would the Sesame oil. Although the Pumpkin oil is not as strong in scent as the sesame oil, it is potent for use as an anti-parasitic.

Olive Brine: Take a spoonful of olive brine a few times a day, everyday. Some people may notice their muscles swelling at first, that is the side effect of removing the parasitic infections from your body. They cause swelling when being treated with the Olive brine. Make sure you drink a little baking soda water/seltzer and put your feet up for 10 minutes to remove the swelling. The more you do it, the more it works.  De-swelling of the muscles will continue with use and begin to be more defined after consistent use.

Turkey: Turkey-everything like you are Bubba Gump and can't think of anything but Thanksgiving dinner.
