Frequencies    Frequencies are measured in hertz, and they can be very beneficial to your brain. If a person is having trouble processing brain functions, like thinking clearly, having racing thoughts, or trouble sleeping, they can often help themselves by playing some of the available frequency songs on YouTube.  I recommend doing a meditation to one to help with brain health. Below is a list of a few that help.
