Restless Leg Syndrome

One of the very first signs of long-term parasites is restless-leg syndrome. 

It's the sensation that your legs are really uncomfortable and you don't know why you can't stop moving them, but you really want to just keep stretching them because it bothers you so much. It often is heightened when you lay down to sleep and happens along-side insomnia, when you can't get yourself to fall asleep. 

It's a very uncomfortable feeling in the legs. It's caused by the fact that your nervous system is being bothered by the parasitic infection. At first, it's just a little uncomfortable but untreated it can be extremely painful. It feels as if you are having a thousand little electric shocks happen to you in your legs all at the same time, or spreading from one part of your leg to the other, up and down, or side to side. 

If you are starting to experience, or have experienced anything like this ever, you need to start treating yourself to detox from the Parasites. 

Firstly, in order to be able to sleep through the night, I would take a natural sleeping aid. They tend to treat the infection and help you sleep. Pick from the following you may have in our cabinet already, or you can go to the store and pick some up. 

1. Vanilla in any way, shape or form. Try for not too much sugar with it and you can fall asleep faster. Sugar keeps the brain busy, don't forget. However, if you don't feel like a vanilla tea or warm vanilla milk, just one spoonful or two, at most, of vanilla ice cream will actually help you fall asleep really nicely. 

2. Lavender Tea; a small leaf or small twig from a lavender plant in your cheek; or lavender candy.

3. Cherries; cherry tea, a spoonful of cherry jam, or one sip of cherry juice and only one good sip, but then put your head down on the pillow immediately, because it is strong and you will nod off quickly if you relax.

For treatment of the legs:

4. Olive Juice: a tablespoon a day for kids. For adults, a nice swig.

6. Allspice tea everyday 1-3 times a day depending on how strongly you feel them. If you drink one tea and the sensations come back, then you drink one more.

7. Limeade/Lime Juice in your drinking water all day, and make sure you chug.

And take these every day and for as long as you can your entire life. You will never have to battle the parasites so vigorously again if you keep treatment going. And, it does take some time to get rid of them. It takes them time to grow in your body before you really start noticing them, so it will also take time to get rid of them. In my opinion, the best way to do this is through natural, whole products. They are the treatment.
